Privacy

This notice covers what this website collects and what the office does with it.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we receive what you type: your name, email address, and, if you add them, your phone number, the date of a judgment, the kind of case and your message. The site may also record basic visit information, such as which pages were opened, to keep it working.

How we use it

To read your message and reply. If you hire the office, the information becomes part of your file and is kept as the rules for lawyers require. We don’t sell it, and we don’t share it for advertising.

What to leave out

Please don’t put confidential details in the form. Say only what is needed to start: the court, the kind of case and the date. Details can wait until you have spoken.

Questions

To ask what the office holds about you, or to have a message deleted, call or write to the address in the footer.
